Dish bracing

Can you share some ideas/links on how to brace your dish.

I have noticed that from time to time my dish moves if we have strong wind. My dish is attached to a single vertical pole on the roof (I don't want to move it elsewhere).

Perhaps there are brackets with a rod that could attach to the edge of the dish. I briefly read that someone used wire (probably to an edge of the dish. Drilled?) and tightened it down.

Any ideas/links appreciated.
