Satellite Quide in satlink ws-6906

Hello guys

Do any of you know, how does this work the "Satellite Quide" in satlink ws-6906.

I m looking for this satellite Eutelsat 3B at 3.1°E, but i dont know how to find it with mig satellite finder.

Does anyone have idea about, how I can find it.
