About to set up my sat dish(90cm) again after about 5-6 years not having it installed my question is I want to get one of these for 13-19 & 28 deg if it will work with these 3 sats

which is the way to set these up and what sat will be the prime focus as the lnb will not be on the end of the arm to point straight at the main satellite,my location is Catford Sth London,thank you for any help on this subject...
