I'm kinda new to this forum and I need your help / advice regarding this channel on Hotbird 13E Sat.

This channel moved recently to above frequency and I have managed to bring it back. The only problem is I do not receive video just audio. Problem exists only on this channel. I have checked it on X2 Square M1. I know it's an old one receiver, but also I have checked it on Echolink El-3060 and there this channel shows as a radio not a tv...
