C Band setup what satellite please

Hi, what satellite do you use to set your lnbs up please, also what side for the one with the plate ?, I think nelson has the one with the plate to the left as your looking at the dish from the front,

I have a big arc and would like to get the best from it at both ends, so would it be best with the plate to the left hand side/right please ?
