Does the 2 dish rule still apply to a Bungalow?

I know this might seem like a really silly question but I'm looking at downsizing and moving in to a Bungalow next year. I understand that a normal property has a 2 dish only rule and wondered if the same applied to a bungalow? I plan to have my 80cm motorised dish up as well as a Sky dish.
